Setting up a custom greeting in KrispCall is simple and can be done in just a few steps.

Log in to your KrispCall dashboard.
Navigate to ‘Number Settings’ and scroll down to reach ‘Incoming Call Strategy’.
Select ‘voicemail’ under ‘if unanswered’.
Then scroll down to reach ‘Greetings and Recording’.
Select voicemail and choose ‘Upload Custom Recordings’.
Click ‘Save Changes’, and now your custom greetings are ready to play.
